These photos were taken at Ghost Ranch, Abiqui NM in 2010 during an archaeological dig with my dearly departed father-in-law Richard. I believe it was 2010 because there’s a big white tent (not the archaeology tent but bigger) in the background of some shots and this was erected for the cast and crew of Cowboys And Aliens. It was surreal, trust me – the pictures don’t capture it. Miles from anywhere in the arid landscape with the sound of gunfire and war cries in the distance and a giant circus tent.
